hey guys, im from the first gen section. i recently came across a free p7100 injection pump with front gear cover(where injection pump mounts to) off of a 8.3L cummins and was told with some work i can get it to work on my 5.9L ve pumped engine. so i would like to know if you guys have had experience with these injection pumps on the 8.3L and mabe what do u guys suggest i will need to do to make it work on my 5.9L, thanks!

 

I seem to have read that althought the pump will physically work, it will provide way more fuel than you can use on the street or maybe even racing. Maybe someone else will chime in and know more.

yes i figured it would supply more fuel but was not sure how much more, is there a way i can reduce this?
