47RH TranS Valve Body question?

I just installed my exhaust brake on my CTD with a 47RH automatic transmission. The stock valve body does not allow Torque convertor lockup in 1st and 2nd gears to allow the e brake to be effective in those gears. Does anyone know what I need to do to modify the valve body to make the TC lockup anytime I want, or is this possible? Is there a tranny website that descibeshow to do this in detail anywhere on the internet? I know places like ATS Diesel sell a valve body that allows lock up in any gear, but is their valve body a modified factory unit, or are these they sell a custom made aftermarket one?

Thanks

I would recommend the new valve body, its a relatively inexpensive mod, less than $500 for the part. it will help everything.

All built VB's are stock, and just reprogrammed mechanically. The lockup feature takes 2 steps.
Using an e-brake on stock VB pressures is not recommended at all.
The smart move is to get a built one with the feature.

How many different places can a person get a upgraded valve body that allows the t/c to lock up in all gears. I would also like the transmission to circulate fluid while in park too. I see some of them are modified to to do that as well. Who should I contact for a valve body that does both?

I have heard good things about these guys. I don't know the details myself but it's another option.
