47RE rebuild with a question

Greetings, I recently had my 47RE rebuilt and a buillet torque converter added. The tranny shifts very nicely thru all the gears, WOT or just daily driving. My question is when I'm sitting at a stop light and let my foot off the brake and accelerate there is just a second of hesitation before the tranny engages. It is worse with the a/c on . I thought it might be low idle but my idle is around 750-800 in neutral. Also it seems since I have had the rebuild the truck seems to idle a little rougher when in gear. I was wondering if it could be the bans out of slight adjustment?? Am I being to picky? I welcome all advice. Many thanks, Brian

Typical low idle symptoms.
Your idle should be 750-800 in drive with the A/C on.
Can't always trust the dash tach either, better to go by ear.
