1998 12 valve won’t start after sitting

So I have a 1998 12 valve Cummins that I ran all winter working and times before that started amazing always ran I decided to play with the fuel plate ran it for a bit then my oil cooler went fixed that then went to start the truck and it wouldn’t fire fuel issue which has happend when I had it sit before so I tried all the bleeding methods and then nothing. Had it running on five pistons then had a issue and shut it off. Didn’t touch it ahile after that but I replaced the fuel filter pumped it seemed to be going into the injection pump but it wasn’t starting barely and sound of catching I don’t know what’s wrong. Could it be injectors[img]images/smilies/smile.gif[/img] or injection pump? any help would be nice[img]images/smilies/smile.gif[/img]
