Can it be done with simple tools or is something special required? Looking to put some 180 nozzles in the bodies of 160's and want to know how hard it is. Thanks. Reason is threads on 180 bodies are bugered up and want to use the bodies off the 160's since they are still clean.

mechanical injectors such as the ones on your truck should be POP tested so that they open at the right pressure. That is something a diesel injection pump shop should do b/c they will have the POP tester and would be albe to calibrate the injectors.
