what would be the esiest old pickup that I could put a 12v into? I get good runner 12v's all the time for cheap but I want to put one into something...

 

Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Jeep, International, Toyota...etc., etc. They swap them into everything these days. An older model C10 or C20 would look pretty sweet with one in it though.

 

there is a seller on Ebay that sells mounts & stuff to put a CTD into a 81-87 chevy gmc 2wd or 4x4. I seriously thought about that, cuz those are my 'other' fav trucks (owned 4 of them)

 

Since I build 20's-60's hot rods for a living I'm always contemplating the idea of putting a CTD in something old. I'd like a Cummins Powered 50's Ford COE Car Hauler for sure. My friend and I have been talking about building a 50's-early 60's era front engine dragster, but powered by a mildly built P-pumped CTD.

Another pair of CTD vehicle I'd like to have in the stable would be a Ramcharger on a shortened CTD D-250 4x4 chassis on big inch tires, and a mid 90's 2500 Suburban 4x4 powered by a Cummins.

People put them in everything. I saw a video on Youtube of a chevelle or similar bodied GM car with a Cummins. There's a stock looking S-10 pickup with a CTD under the hood. The possibilities are endless...
