98.5 Torque Convertor question

I need some help, not sure what will be the best for me .. I have a programmer, airdog 150 ,and going get some 100hp tips.. I don't ever plan on racing,or sled pulling with just hauling a 3 car trailer.. Thinking about a 3 disk but will that be over kill?

You mean you want to haul the loaded 3 car trailer up a grade faster then the empty truck next to you. Go with the triple disk. I've been beating the snot out of mine for years and never had an issue. Broke a stock flex plate and burned out the clutches in the Tranz. but when I sent out the Tq converter Goerend cut it open and said it was still in great shape. When it locks it stays locked.
