Vp 44 Where To Buy
Can anyone tell me the best and cheapest place to buy a vp44 at.>> I have a 98.5 automatic just stock. I need a pump but don't have a lot to spend on one, I already bought a new lift pump so I just need the VP44 and a fuel pressure guage and I'll be set. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Either a local junk yard or E-Bay I would at least get a rebuilt one off ebay as you might be buying a junk one from a yard. I have scene them for as low as 400.00 on ebay and as high as 2000.00

I took bids on another forum & asked if Mark would get close. Good decision because the 1st MWFI pump needed to be replaced & he stood behind it. Consensus is that even quality rebuilders sometimes mess up. DPP sells more than 100/month & has good relations with the suppliers.
R&R is about 4 hrs. I went for the cheapest known quality that I could find. Cheap only & you may be throwing your $$ away.

Bought One
Well today I ordered a NEW REBUILT VP44 and the AIRDOG 100 for my truck. I think the price was pretty good $1375 for both, shipped to my door I also ordered a new fuel pressure gauge so when I start work on the truck I want to get it all done at one time.
