Turbo & Injectors for 500+ HP??

What are some opinions on a turbo and injectors for my truck? I want to make 500-HP consistently with the Redline box set on 80% when I mess around. For normal driving the Redline box will be off and just running the Smarty.

I tow a maximum of 7,000 lbs. maybe 6-times a year, and just run the Smarty for this as well.

I recently changed to this setup, and have been able to run with some trucks that i know are north of the 500 hp mark, hope to have it on the dyno soon.

So the 62/71 will keep things cool with the Mach-4's, in both situations? What exhaust housing?

I have the 14cm housing, for me worst case on the egts is when i run one of the real aggressive beta tunes in the quad, and on a long run (30-115 mph) i hit around 1600. Over all i think it does a good job keeping cool.

Mach 4's and a 62/71 can get you well past 500 hp. A regular 62/14 can get you there too, but the top end will be hotter. Cruise egts would be lower with the regular turbine, but the larger 71 turbine will move more air at full boost and high rpms. The 71 turbine sounds nice coming out the exhaust too.

If something happened to my turbo the one I'd be looking at is a stage 3 garrett =P

A good set of 150s and an s300 in the 62 size is what youll need. Id say for towing a bit do some research on that stage 3 garret ph4tty is talking about.
