I could use a little help myself, would like to take it to 16 Deg. Does anyone know of a post that tells you how to do it yourself, or do you know of anyone in southeast idaho as well that could do this for me? Thanks in advance.

If you are a DIYer, here are the timing instructions:
http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1994/18-10-94a.htm
And, here is a timing chart:

Do a search for timing in the 12-valve forum, and you'll get dozens of hits.
