Stupid fuel plate question

I just found a thread on grinding the fuel plate. I had never heard of this before and couldn't find any explanation on how it works. Where is it located and will it affect my warranty and how much power does it give. Thanks for answering

Sorry! No fuel plate grinding for your 2002 24 valve!

only for the 12valves,(year 94-98) with the mechanical fuel pumps.... plate:about 80 free HP!

if you want it for a 12 valve, anybody will gladly help you out! a loooot of info on that!

Gotta love 12valves!

But still, you can get your 12valve to smoke and make power, with a little bit more money! Fuel box(es)!
