Stock Clutch
My 6spd cluth slipped at will with 350hp. Pulling a load, it will slip with much less.
A rule of thumb I try to tell guys is either some injectors or a small fueling box. If ya do both, it's gonna be clutch time.
More specifically, about 300hp would be ok, I believe, unless you pull hard.

Actually, it's the luck of the draw. Seems to be a variation in quality of stock clutches or the set up.
I've been running an Edge Pulse, RV-275 injectors, and an HX40/35 hybrid turbo for many miles now, and I've never slipped the clutch. Towed trailers over all kinds of terrain. Don't race, however. Been told that the '01's and '02's had better clutch disks than previous 2nd gens, but that was by two Dodge techs, so take it for what it's worth.

I had a stock clutch slip at 11000 miles and the truck was stock. I now have the comp with the wire tapped with a stock clutch that was put on under warranty at 11000 miles, this clutch now has 19000 miles on it with the comp. Luck of the draw.
