something up with my ve???

i was driving my truck today and it felt normal then i started to get on it and it felt very weak like it was stock like it wasnt getting very much fuel i reved it a few times looking at the stack and could tell it wasnt getting fuel barley any smoke i just installed a fass on it you could hear it pumping so that had to be giving it fuel i drove it home to check it out then took it for a spin and it was fine my mods are 6x18's DDp fuel pin fuel screw in a couple of turns a lil advanced o yea i have a 366 spring also is my pump maybe kicking the bucket?????

what pressure sre you pushing out of the fass?
hows the oil level in the engine?

You may be on the money, over 20psi into the VE and you can push the front seal out of the VE. If your running full pressure from the FASS then its almost a sure thing to have blown the front seal out, and filling the crank case with fuel.

the pump i got was for the vp 24valve trucks witch also dont like high psi i think this pump only does 15psi the guy i got this from also ran it on a 1st gen without a regulator

yes it is and i noticed the plastic sensor for what i believe to be is the water in fuel it sits right next to the fuel filter towards the top? is leaking pretty good

Well there's your problem...

You are getting air in the fuel system from that leaky fuel heater gasket.

You ought to be running the fuel line straight from the FASS into the injection pump, the stock filter is an unnecessary restriction.

yea i just tried to fix that leak and pulled the filter off and that plastic piece that goes between the filter and the head to look at it then put it all back together now its leaking 4x as bad!??? thinkin i might just bypass it?

well its not leaking now but ill prolly have to drive it around some more to see if it will loose power again like it did that one time
