Size of intake tube

I have seen where a few guys have used PVC or aluminum tubing to replace the stock intake tube that holds the baffles. What diameter is that intake tube?

IIRC they are using 5"...
take a tape and measure it...

I used a piece of aluminum pipe, I am pretty sure it's 5.5".

Just measured mine and it is 5.5" OD and mine is on a 05 model.

I would measure it my self but I am not where my truck is at.
