i currently have the revo on 5 with tm mild, rail mild, timing 4 (most). the economy and egts are way better than my edge. power is good on the higher settings and tnt (also on higher settings). my problem is every day driving, the amount of smoke is not to my taste. some may like it but a steady stream of black just accelerating onto the highway is a bit much for me. any one else have this issue or a solution? ive tried lower settings sw3 and tm1 but the power goes down not the smoke. ive heard the 4.11 smoked less. any thoughts? how about tnt?

 

What ever you do DON'T use the TNT if your looking for less smoke. It is a race tune and runs accordlingly. Try turning the TRQ management to stock and see if that helps, I have the same issues but understand that it's to be expected with this kind of programming.

 

I just changed from the 4.11 to the revo. The 4.11 on sw 3 mild TM has a little less smoke than revo sw 5 rp0 timing 4 mod TM. I believe I have to keep searching for the right combo. I am trying revo on sw3.
