For a long time, I was hesitant to open up a perfectly good running (and expensive) motor. After having done it, I can now say it was relatively easy. If you follow the directions and take your time and think about what you are doing, it will go very smooth. One of the main things to watch for is make sure the connector tubes are pulled out at least 1/2" before removing or installing the injectors. It took me 4 hours but if I had to do it again, I'd estimate around 2 hours.

No snags.
I figure it took twice as long as it normally might because I went really slow, hunted for the right socket sizes, double checked the instructions and service manual, had a beer, etc. The pros claim way shorter install times. To make things easier to get at, I removed the grid heater too.
