Fuel screw Idle question
Pulled the fuel screw out today, removed the tampering device reinstalled , adjusted 1 turn in runs nice but Idles really high, the Idle adjustment screw seems nearly impossible to get to. Any thoughts on this.

I bent an el-cheapo wrench to sneak in there on the locknut. Just bent it back at 90* to the box end side. I use a screwdriver to pry the wrench backand forth to loosen/tighten the locknut. Then I use a seal pick to adjust the idle speed. There is a small hole in the end of my screw that a seal pick will fit into.
You must loosen the nut first I used a regular 10mm wrench (I got good help from the 3200 spring sticky for this) and then just use a really small but not short screw driver (the one I used is 3" long) and You should be ok with that. I have moved mine several times and every time using the same tool with no problem.
I completely removed mine and I now adjust the throttle linkage rod to set the idle speed. Before I did this I used a hammer and a punch to carefully loosen the lock nut, and then adjust the idle screw. Just be careful when adjusting the idle screw, you don't want to mess up threads.
