Where to buy spring hangers

Hey guys,

I scored a cheap gasser 87 D250 for my cousin. It's pretty pristine except the rear most passenger spring hanger. Dealership wants over $150 or something just for one and thats about half of what we paid for the truck . Anyone know if someone else makes them? I posted a want ad in classifieds already, but I'd think someone made a new one aftermarket.

Thanks.

Fabricate a set. That's what I did. Rest of the truck will rot away first, only thing left will be the big parts and the front and rear spring hangers I made.

THat is a rugged set!

I would make my own, but it's for my cousin and I'm not sure if I'll be fabbing a set up for him since it's not sitting in my shop. Might be a last ditch effort cause he doesn't make much money and he sure won't be paying over $150 for one!

Autoandtrucksprings.com has them with hardware to bolt them in. You just need to know the shackle bolt size as there are several different ones. Both of mine were rotted off my 93 w350 dually when I got it. The springs were being held in with a big ratchet strap and the truck was still being driven.
