I have a 3500 ram 99 4x4, first I lost my brakes do to the damage of the right front brake hose, then last week same happens with the left front brake hose, do this truck don’t have an emergency system? So you don’t lose you’re brakes

I guess that's why the parking brake is sometimes referred to as an emergency brake. The emergency brake is mechanical, controlled by cables so that if the hydraulic system fails you can come to a stop. No doubt it is required by law.

Always cracks me up in the movies when the bad guy cuts the brake lines that the person speeding out of control down a mountain never figures out to use the emergency brake.

The front & rear brake systems are hydrolically seperate. Your rear brakes are not functioning. More than likely they need dramatic adjusting, as the self adjusters are not very reliable.
