Ok. Got all the leaks figured out. My idea of -10 AN didn't cut it. All oil drains should be 3/4 ID or better.
Also, fabbed up intake tubes and coated them...wanted to get the filters farther away from the heat of the exhaust manifold. During fab I also included the stock temperature/pressure bung (bought it from Suncoast Transmission).
Test drove it and could only push 20 PSI. EGTs never got hotter than 1100.
Noticed an odor and found an exhaust leak on the manifold wastegate flange. Installed the block-off plate and plugged the lower turbo so there's no wastegate control whatsoever. Got it up to 30 PSI.
So either two issues:
1. The economy EFI tune I had with my Garrett dual ball bearing isn't cutting it with the triples - wont light them up.
2. I could have possibly pinned the upper two wastegates partially open (I removed the bolt that holds them closed and instead, drilled and tapped the lever - made installation easier). But I was pretty careful when I did it.
3. The upper two turbos are too big.
Got a new EFI tune coming, so we'll see.

Sorry this is all so slow and a bit dry yet, but...that's what you get when you do performance mods a bit backward.
Got an EFI live tune and its made huge improvements in power. Hard not to drive the truck at 140 km/hr on the highway. Spool is still a bit laggy off the start (puff of black smoke) but not much - and when it gets to 20 PSI you can feel the potential of where the setup would go with more fueling. It's almost scary, like a jet plane accelerating.
The guy doing the tune is a bit irritated with my setup so I'm told: no tranny yet to unleash this beast. So saving up for that...might go ATS might go Goerend.
I've maxed out EGTs @ 1205 °F and my mileage is slightly down - but I believe I have an exhaust leak at the manifold. Should have that fixed soon - hopefully tomorrow. Waiting for the final block-off plate from diesel tech so I can completely remove the wastegate off the manifold and have better access to all the manifold studs.
I've got a temperature probe in the high boost turbo and it gets up to 150 °C before it hits the Banks intercooler - which impressively drops it down to 10 °C above outside temps.
Once I get the exhast leak solved I need to pressure test the boost side for leaks.
I think maybe I should just pay someone to come do this stuff for me...caught by the work season...free time is rare...

Winner winner chicken dinner!
Keep working at her bud, you'll get there. You know how many guys would kill for that set up! I'm still not a trips guy or a huge fan of the quality of the manufacturer but I can't debate everyone has said they are stand up and have great customer service.
Your gonna have to build it strong, but it can be a complete monster. Good luck.

Did a little road trip;
Flat terrain, no headwind, 200 miles empty, 200 miles with a truck full of windshield washer fluid (couple 200-300 gallons).
16 MPG calculated.
(Superstore was throwing out 3 pallets of washer fluid - the -40° stuff because some containers were damaged. My brother picked it up and this truckload is half. Gotta make another trip. Going to add water/methanol injection for fuel economy purposes since I have enough to last years and it's free).

Well I found them - my elusive exhaust leaks. Aside from a couple manifold bolts not being torqued 100%, there were leaks from the bracket bolt holes in turbine housing.
I had removed the bolt and bracket that secures the wastegate closed on the upper two turbos in favor of using a setscrew to hold the waste gates closed (ease of installation). I never realized that the bolt holes would be drilled and tapped right through into the turbine housing so I left them vacant.
So I put the bolts back in and exhaust leaks completely gone.
I hit 50 PSI on a mild EFI live tune and EGTs hit 1300. This truck is really starting to come to life...
