I love it when people say "chips". the fact of you can only "chip" a 7.3 ford and thats it. im sure with triple chips adam it is very brutal. its probably on its triple round of engines also after it blew the heads off the first 2

WOW! The fact that this guy calls them "chips" and offers no details on the mods means only one thing. This guy had all the work done in a shop because he doesn't have a clue about it and he probably drives and maintains it as such too. I hope he has a killer tranny to hold that amount of "supposed" power and still turn those 42's. I doubt the HEUI injectors would last long at that power level either. That truck is a useless waste of money and an almost good truck.

Yeah I hear you on that. It's a 6.0 so he must be in cahoots with Frankie. (some may know that name)

Sent him a message:

Nice truck!

You say its making 700 hp and 1000 ft lbs?

Thats not the stock tranny, right?

What did you have done to the transmission to make it hold that power?

Are the heads studded?

And what turbo upgrade to you have?

Also, you mention "triple stacked chips" - what do you mean by that?
I'll let you guys know when he responds.

I sent him a message two days ago, and I know at least a half dozen members of another board sent him similar messages that have yet to get a response.

Maybe its like a guy at the parts store I ran into last week. "buddy has a 6.0 thats 1400HP and 1400 Ft-lbs, turbo's fully spooled at idle!!!!" After I corrected his math and said that doesn't add up, "Well he has stacked 3 modules of 300hp each.." yup, the calculator dyno. Sheesh..
