Questions on a 2006 dually

Gentleman I found a 2006 Laramie Dually 6 speed manual with 123k miles
1 owner Truck ranch in southern Ut.
It has a K @ N air filter Not happy about that.
Tapped exhaust manifold but not hooked up to gauges
Raptor 150 fuel pump

Should I pull the intake to the turbo to view the Impeller to see if I can see any damage or what would be the best way to check if much dirt got by.

Raptor 150 would someone use this for just a better fuel pump??

Anything else to look for the Truck inside and out looks immaculate.

price 27k good bad or ugly??
Thanks

Top of my head, other stuff to look at.

Front drive shaft - ujoints and diff seal.
Rear drive shaft - ujoints, steady bearing, diff seal and tranny seal.
Front axle trans ujoints, ball joints, and axle diff seals and fluid level.
Rear axle seals, fluid level.
Rear brake rotors - badly worn inside?
Front steering upgrade? Y-style original or T-style upgrade.
Trans cooler rad - wet up top?
Multifunction switch warranty to 150K km?
Cluster tach.
TIPM - Headlight, taillight issues.

Manual tranny bonus - auto has issues.
Fuel filtration, stock or upgraded?

Check to see that climate control works well in all modes, too.

I have an 06 dually Laramie stick, and it's been a great truck. I don't think I'd give 27k for the one you describe, though. Maybe seller would be open to an offer.
