For my old truck I can not live without a 10mm, 12mm and the U bend 13mm wrenches.

I have a spare 3/8" drive I keep in the truck in case I have to replace the belt on the side of the road.

And I agree with the 10mm and the bent 13mm.

Well, if the target tools are wrenches to remove the VE pump, then the gear removal tool from Torx is a must have tool also.

With all the discussion on idle adjustments I’ve seen over the years, the L shaped idle adjustment tool(genosgarage) is a must have, but to fully do it right(if you don’t have a tach) is an inductive timing light, laser shot onto the harmonic balancer. No guessing or using the shake on your mirrors to guess on the idle.
