VP-44 "How To" Install Vid......i think im going to do one....

Putting the FASS hat down for a sec…..

I have always wanted to do one for the VP-44 install. Mainly because I love to do them for some strange reason! haha....Anyway…I was going to do one this weekend and figured why not tape it? Ill try to get some good camera angles and give a good layout of what tools are needed to get the job done.

I’m a big believer in the “Do It Yourself” motto…..but this will also show someone that might be on the fence about doing the job, to maybe seek professional help for the install. There are a few things, if not done correctly, can really ruin your day (Key way dropping, etc.). Mainly, I’m posting this for motivation…because if I promise something publicly…ill get it done! Haha…..let me know what yall think and any suggestions…….

Good Idea!

Big Blue needs it for next weekend...and with the rest of DTR #8 Club supervising... your video may save someone from getting a wrench over the head!

VP Swaps are cake...at least after wrestling a P pump on and off a truck with a 2" lift and 35's!

Although I wouldn't want to work on Tyler's truck at all...I'm too short

Sounds like a good idea though Dan! Should be very helpful to most everyone!

Oh come on Chris. That's what the front end replacement is for. A seat/tool holder/beer holder.

Dan I'd love this video considering I'll be doing mine in the next week. Maybe not. Depends on when I get the billet input installed.

Same here with mine. It won't give me a solid answer that it's dead but I know it's dying. So I figure I'll finish it off proper.

OK....just got done with the First vid (one of two). Ill post it up and get it out there. This one shows what tools are needed for the install and how to figure out what pump you have/need. Ill put it up here in a bit......Sorry...i dont think these will be dial up friendly........
