Thanks for the explanation!
Yes indeed, I had to edit one of his posts earlier today where he was trying to sell products again. I don't get what is so hard to understand that if you are a vendor, you can not advertise on this forum unless your are a site sponsor.

Obviously I have to protect the guys that pay for their advertising and help keep this forum free for all the rest of us.

I must have the worst luck with injector lines. Every time I have them off, I always end up with a leak when I put them back on. Haven't figured out yet which one is leaking, apparently only does it when warm and running the engine at highway speed since it didn't show up in any short test drives.

I know the torque spec is low on them, but it seems I always have to crank them down tight to solve the leaks.

Anyone have any tips or tricks for beating the leaks at the injector nuts?

Good to know. Sunday I was cussing myself for tightening them when I put 6s in because I was trying to get them to break loose. Guess it will get the same treatment this time. I think the key is I'll have to warm it up and then check them. It just sucks to lay on a hot engine to reach #5

My neighbor John should be coming as well - he's got a black '02 with low miles in great shape... steered him towards an Adrenaline last week.

I'm training him to terrorize the 'hood with diesel power for us after we move.

If somebody wants something else.....don't keep the menu limited. I have a grill! Bring Chicken, Steak, whatever you want to grill. But burgers and dogs are fine by me.

Yep I know I work crazy hours and I love to stay up late. I am just not a morning person unless I HAVE to be. There is a chance I may go to a 10a-6p shift this coming Jan. I don't really want to fight rush hour traffic every morning and evening going in any earlier........not to mention losing my SS off and prob some holidays on the holiday.

Rowland those things aren't near as expensive as I thought they would be. I may invest in one of those before I have to change injectors.

Had not looked at the Topside Creepers for some time. Always passed on it because it was not easily transported and would take up too much room in my already crowded garage.
BUT, the new one is "foldable". Have to find out more about it. May be a whole new ball game!
