Texas DTR #8 March Meet!
ps. he said his EGT's got to 1700' mine were 1450 ish.
correct me if i am wrong, he has a lot of fuel. . so turbo(s) and studs (the basics) and that truck should run all over mine correct??

I saw it today too (well I guess it was actually yesterday now..
). Mike has done alot of neat things to it. Im sure he will start a thread w/pics about it when he gets it wrapped up. He told me it should be running this week sometime. Huge Flux's, Liquid charge air cooler, massaged twins, custom intake runners, other goodies.........no stone left unturned to wring power out of it. It should be over 1K hp.RJ...no biggie...but just a minor correction. Chris's truck is an 05.
..
Congratulations!
Im surprized his didn't do better, honestly. You will definately be pleased with the Smarty.
..
looks like i will be there
about the bolts thru the exhaust, do they have to be in the down pipe or can i put them in the muffler delete piece? and how would i keep it from leaking?(weld?)
also cant get there till 11 or 12 u think i can still get on the dyno that late?

WELP....been busy this weekend:

I used the parts i got off Tyler...and i also added a 5" Magnaflow muffler as most everyone with open pipe stacks say they got sick of it after about 2 months.....in cab noise is VERY managable...if not any more than what is was with the open pipe......
And painted my fading bug shild to match the color scheme....

Also regrounded my Comp at the Batt (works again...) and dialed in my Water injection...just turned it up to 30 PSI.....might as well only use it at WOT.....it comes on with the key anyway...didnt want a switch.....

Nice looking install Dan! Your rig is looking better than ever.
You had two sets of stacks in your garage the first time I met you (10/04). Glad one of them finally got on your truck!
Same old story.... the cobbler has no time for his own shoes
