Loaded fairly heavy in my experience...

When I started my run I swear boost went up and RPMs went backwards! lol
Started my runs about 1500-1600 RPM... peak boost by about 1900, around 70psi (pretty close to the street)

RPMs were slow to climb... I swear slower than on the street! and I was in 5th gear not 6th!! (as told to do by John)... Ran RPMs up to 3600 each run and was VERY toasty by the end on EGTs!! 1700-1750*!! My EGTs have never ever ever been that hot... 1450 Max prior to this dyno run!

My secondary exhaust housing plate turn bright yellow/red by the end of the 2nd and 3rd pull (lots of people taking pictures of that... Hopefully one shows up!)

firewall insulation started smoldering and burning at the end of the 2nd run and my AC vac line melted off... was pretty crazy seeing smoke come out from under the hood!

Blowby was fairly excessive (attribute that mainly to ppump with 24V timing cover vent... need to address that)

So I guess what I am trying to get across is that dyno loaded the crap out of the truck!! Worked her hard!! I felt the numbers were pretty reasonable...
I pulled 570HP

So next thing... Decided to really change the oil tonight after this weekends festivities and try to appologise to the truck...

1. Got truck warmed up... Started draining oil... took sample mid batch
2. dropped bypass and full flow filters, drained filters
3. filled filters with clean cheap 15-40 oil
4. filled crankcase with the same 10quarts in all
5. started truck and ran up to temp.. bout 10mins
6. repeat 1-5 minus oil sample obviously
7. repeat 1-5 again! this time refill with RJs good stuff 11-12quarts this time to get her full

Finally have clean oil... never seen my oil this clean on a stick, little gray tint to it still, but pretty dang clean....
Was crazy how black it still came out of the pan and filters on the 2nd and 3rd change... Really just wanted to see what it would take...

So for clean oil the answer is a 20qt oil change flush!!

No need for it really, just wanted to see if it would ever clean up!! Crazy! Guessing it wont last over 200miles before it is black again!

SO quesiton from my end...how did fuel pressure hold up?

Good numbers on the plate...where was it slid? Did you have any more in it to move?

AND split that flush oil for the Jetta and truck......then water it down with a full tank fo diesel.... I can tell you that RJ's oil stinks when run through a Jetta with Bio.......haha......

Fuel pressure didn't move from about 37psi... Where it sits normally... would like it to sit at about 45-50psi where the 12V gurus swear to, may try that 60psi spring and see where that puts me... Only time I ever see that gauge move is during grid cycles... Doesn't pull down at all on the street...

Plate was almost full forward... didn't really notice much difference on the street between that and about 50% on the plate, BUT I dont have any travel mods done nor do I have the AFC foot ground so the arm can travel its full length... So it could be no difference between 50% and full forward just because the arm couldn't make it that far! who knows...

I have experimented also and found pouring an extra quart of cheap oil through the block, after the drain, will flush residue out of the pan and give clean oil for 2-300 miles..... even without a by-pass filter!
It's my understanding a by-pass system should keep it clean for a lot longer; not that it's critical on a diesel.
Never had one.... just what I've been told!

Nope a quart through mine doesn't do anything... comes out as black as before... Maybe I just have a lot of soot build up and this flush will help, but I doubt it...

Hate to know how bad my oil samples would be without the bypass! Probably have something up in that motor that allows that much soot etc... to build up so quickly.. who knows... Not worried at all...

I've never heard of a bypass system keeping the oil any 'cleaner' looking.... at least not from anybody I would trust... Just a little better filtering.. IMO

Need to run some Biodiesel through it!
All my reports on clean oil with by-pass systems may be on gassers. Can't remember for sure.

In the Sled Pull results above, the distances seem to be all over the place.... with the longest distance in "Work Stock Class". Did they change the sled set up as they changed classes??

Yep they change theweigt to try and get each cass all in the same ballpark of distances... No fun if the true work cant budge the sled and the unlimited class pulls it for half a mile... Either change the weight or the sled gear to make the weight move faster/slower.. or both
