Noob here need help with tranny..

I just acquired an 05 2500 for a unbeatable deal only thing is it needs a new tranny. Truck is a 4wd it has 197k miles I got it from a family member that owns his own buisness. I plan on selling the truck once i get the trans rebuilt, so If anyone knows of any good shops they can recommend in the dfw area I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks Josh

James Northum in Midlothian can fix you right up. check out his website www.jamestranstech.com He can do anything from stock rebuild to fully built. Give him a call. He is sometimes hard to get a hold of so leave a message and he will call you back

Your best bet is to get a cheap stock rebuild.
