ford killer: are you sure it was mine there was another yellow dodge parked at the end of the arena!

Saw lots of new faces this weekend, nice meeting everyone. I think we need to have an intervention for 03rambunctious! I never saw him without a shiner in his hand! Haha

Sorry I missed everyone in the am! I woke at 5 am, as is my habit, and it was just too cold to sit around. Guess I woke Rob on my way out?? Slept well in my truck bed.... just not enough! Fell asleep in front of the TV twice Sunday night.

Max (03RAMBUNCTIOUS) - That was the best Deer Saugage I ever tasted (really). Also the Hottest!
Robert - Thanks for all your cooking and the food. And a warm place to hang Sat mornings. Any charge for the power hook up? Please let me know if we need to kick in?

Outstanding to see 800+ HP on the Dyno! Haven't seen that since Jim Fulmer did it two yrs ago on a 12v. (He had to turn 140 mph to get there). Romario did it at 3150 rpm and under 120 mph!

Already getting questions (doubts) from guys on the Quad thread about dyno results from his newest box, The Adrenaline.
They won't be convinced till it's on a Dynojet! Guess I'll just have to do it again in Denton on March 15th!

Also nice to know we could all pull the sled a respectable distance...within reach of the big boys! I really would not have been surprised at ANY outcome... including bogging down at 75'!! All about power, I guess....and a reasonably matched set up. Still don't know how I got to 8,020 lbs with a 1/4 tank of fuel... even with weekend 'stuff' in bed?? Must have been the fully loaded cooler.

Thanks to those who brought their Goose Necks! Not a wasted trip. Just needed for unexpected reasons.

Mike's Hitch held up well, as was expected. Those expert pullers at Comp Diesel were dead wrong, but they don't personally know XLR8R.

Anyone who got videos of our pulls... please post somewhere? Would love to see them again.

RJ

You know, I can't really blame Rob & Rowland for not sleeping in the camper after listening to Tyler brag all day about how he spooned with the guys in there Friday night!

I'm questioning the dyno myself, the Hp I can believe because its similar to the last dyno, but after looking at everything on it last night, the torque is weird. Its saying that I made 359/780 on the 100hp setting, then 371/720 on 140hp with the dump open, then 371/670 on the same setting with the dump closed. I guess I need to be worried since I'm loosing torque pretty fast.

Thanks again to Robert for the facilities and Mike for the redo on the 3rd gen fuel plate. And thanks to Max for the deer sausage, that stuff was hitting the spot, the problem is now your expected to bring that stuff to every meeting you come to.

Bring your '92 to Buda, Dawson!
Don't worry, I'll have my '92 in Buda...I really wish I could have brought it up this past weekend, but I got ahead of myself trying to swap that housing in a hurry. I guess I'll see some of ya'll in Buda!

It might look like a race, but it really wasn't. I was just letting him get ahead so I could find out what to do and not to do (like plugging in the injector pump harness before trying to start).
