Yes I've been looking at the paras very hard!
There .40 selection is very limited... They have an LDA Tac-Forty That I REALLY like! 7.7" long and 5.25" tall means the most concealed it would ever see would be vehicle use... Be hard to hide that on me!

They have lots of options in .45 cal though (3", 3.5, 3.75, 4, 4.2, 4.25" barrels!).... may have to include them in my search!

PM Diesel-Dan (above) for nearest FASS dealer. Only one I know is in Emory, Tx. Must be one closer?
Sounds like you want a FASS (not the HPFP) 150/95/1002
150 series/95 gph pump/1002 spring. Dan (member here) may have different ideas??

the problems i am having are:

1. i have no idea which one to get, what GPH, and PSI range or whatever.

1. the truck will most likely never go over the 425HP range, if so not by very much. so i dont think i need super high powered.

2. i think i would like to have one with the 2 canister set up, water seperator, and filter.

2. i would like to find a LOCAL shop, within about 50 miles. of my house (bedford) that will work with me and work with my aftermarket warranty.

if i have to pay more than $360 out of pocket for the GOOd fuel system thats not a problem, might as well do it RIGHT.

any shop referals?? phone number, website??

I REALLY APPRECIATE y'alls feedback. i believe i would be lost without the help of this wonderful website.

If you run with one of our kits:

FASS 95/95-1008 for the smaller filter

FASS 150/95-1008 for the kits like Rowland, Brian, Matt and "The Bus" have....

Personal opinion... all Glocks are ugly!
If you want something big... I think hard to beat 1911 military 45's. Most comfortable fit (in my hand anyway) of any gun ever made. And price ranges, for good usable gun, from $400 up. Also, lots of after market 'stuff' to improve them, if you really get into it.... and cheap military ammo for lots of practice.
Got a few... if you want to try one.

I also have a Mac 380 that is easy to conceal. I figure that if I ever have to use it, the Federal HydraSchocks at close range will do plenty of damage. This one too, is a very accurate and dependable weapon for taking the CC shooting profiency test. I did change the grips on it to make it fit my hand better. It's not real pretty, but no one ever sees it but me anyway. If I feel the need, I pack my S&W 44 Special.

Almost forgot....my wifes gun-totin', Fed Agent nephew carries the Mac as a backup. All of their tests favored the Sig, but he kept the Mac for his backup.

I was seriously thinking about coming to the meet, but dang, sounds like there's going to be more fire power at Alvarado than what was used at the compound in Waco.
If I can make it I'll be driving into the dyno tired from working from 4am to when I leave, but I want to run the Race model one last time since I have enough fuel now to see what it can do before I switch over to the X2.
