I was hoping to have them before this meet, but still waiting on all of my tax forms so I can figure out what my refund would be.

You can trust the voltmeter somewhat. I've been watching mine as of late and it would usually drop to the mark between 8 and 14 while the grids ran, then bounced back up to around 12. You could tell it was a little slower when starting, but still fired right up. I knew I needed to check the water in the batteries and clean up the posts...just didn't have time.

Well after sitting for 2 weeks in the garage while I was out of town, I got in, turned the key on and watched the needle not even get above the mark. And when the grids finally shut off, it just barely hit the mark. Of course this was followed by a "click" when I turned the key, then as the lift pump ran after the failed attempt, I watched the gauge drop like a rock till I lost all power. Rolled it back a few feet, hooked the jumper cables up to the g/f's car and let it sit for a few minutes, then she fired right up.

Moral of the story, if the gauge says things are wrong, get off your butt and fix what you think is wrong.

I'm just glad it fired up just off of her car. Really didn't want to have to roll it completely out of the garage and try to stop it on the driveway and get a second vehicle pulled up to it.

Anyone interested, Quadzilla just issued a Competition program with FULL vp-44 fueling, for the new Adrenaline Box.... just for those who wanted to play hard. (already have 52 different SW tunes on their web site... available for download).

Two of those that played with it broke parts!
-5 speed ripped all the teeth off his 3rd gear.
-Automatic broke an input shaft.

Haven't tried it yet, but, around town driving reports make it sound like a Smarty set on #30! Very Jerky!

If Quad gets it smoothed out a bit (more gradual fueling up to max) we may have a lot of fun in Alvarado!!

So maybe we have found something that would finish Roberts auto off, he just needs to put an Adrenaline on it.

For some reason I forgot what Robert was driving.
Sorry there is no place for that kind of stupidity
I still want to see an Adrenaline for a 3rd gen though.
