After seeing that, I thought you were going to say that you were trading in the truck for a T&C

It was perfect for what we were doing, but im not trading my truck for anything except another truck.........perhaps in about 400,000 more miles or so.

Actually, we have started looking for a replacement for Jana's Toyota Corrolla. She thinks she wants a crossover type vehicle, maybe a Nissan Murano or a Buick Enclave or something. We can't buy anything till we get that darn condo sold but we are just kinda looking around and seeing what's out there.

She insists that any VAN, is out. It has to be a sports car or a crossover. With two teens in tow, I guess it's gonna be a crossover.

Robert,
Glad you got your Mom moved closer. A lot of peace of mind knowing you are other family is close at hand.

Buy American! (if you can find one)

Regarding buying a vehicle, I mentioned we have to sell Jana's condo. Well that thing was sitting on the market doing nothing for 6 months I think due to a bad choice of realtors. Jana just used an oriental guy that she happened to buy it thru a few months before we met. The market is soft but hopefully we will have better luck with our new realtor.

If anybody knows of anybody looking for a North Dallas Condo, please send them this link. We need this thing sold yesterday!! It's a great condo but we just don't need it now and would prefer not to rent it out.

Hmmm, looking at that commercial from a marketing perspective: It is a good idea, it sticks in the viewers mind, but if you notice it really doesn't mention any features or capabilities of the Sierra SE other than a brand image that they are trying hard to create.
Sorry with a Bachelors in Marketing and trying to finish up an MBA I haven't been able to look at commercials or promotions the same.

get a load of this, I went to get my physical for work yesterday and I was informed that I am color blind????? it seems like a pile of hooooey to me. I can see all the colors of the rainbow, but apparently I can't read the numbers on the chart? This whole situation has me perplexed. I could even lose my job over it. I think I have to go back for more testing.

Why do you have to be able to see color? Tyler completely rewired the underside of his dash and all the wires were red...as long as you can see the wire, you're good to go.

Here's a practice test for you if you need to study up...

Used to be if you worked around electronics in the Navy, you couldn't be color blind. The resistors were color coded with bands that told you what value it was. Not sure if that is the case with Max or not.

Oh, I imagine that being able to distinguish colors would be key with any kind of electronics. I just couldn't pass up a chance to make a dig at Tyler's all red wiring....especially since he can't defend himself.

I can only imagine the lawsuit brought by someone that couldn't tell the difference between the hot wire and the ground.
