Called Pakbrake about their compressor grounding out internally

They shipped a FREE compressor even though my warranty was over 6 months out of date

Got here in three days and looks like a 15min install job

Very refreshing to deal with a company who takes customer service to levels unheard of today! They get my business from now on.

 

That is some awesome stuff.

 

I had my lukes link which needed replacement internal parts. I sent an email and then spoke w/Mike and the parts were here almost before I could hang up the phone. Easy guy to do biz with....thanks Mike.

 

I've had great luck with MaxBrake as well. Awesome customer service.

Don't get me started about our Star Stream trailer though...

 

Pac has the best CS I've had to deal with.
