AFE - Great Customer Service
Spoke to Mike at AFE a few minutes ago and told him about my problem. The coupler that connects the tube to turbo fell apart ... I'm guessing from the heat. Kit is about 1 year old. He is sending out a replacement free of charge! 
My guess is this coupler was not made from heat resistant material and broke down from the heat. The coupler that connects the filter to the down-tube is fine.
Nice to see some companies DO stand behind their products and do the right thing!!!
