I have been wanting to fab up my own Steering shaft stabilizer, I manage a welding shop so the crossmember will be no problem but couldn't seem to find the extension nut for the sector shaft.

Well I wrote Paul at Defiant and asked if he would be willing to sell me just the extension nut, guessing he probably wouldn't since he would probably rather sell his whole stabilizer package instead.

Well to my surprise he was more than willing to sell me just the parts that I wanted and he was extremely friendly throughout the whole process. Even told me I could call him and ask him questions if I had any trouble with the fab. He really went above and beyond my expectations and I appreciate it.

Just wanted to let people know of my good experience with him and I wouldn't hesitate at all to do business with him in the future. Customer service like that is hard to find these days and I thought it deserved an atta-boy

I bought the Steering Box support from him, and he bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly. If I have further suspension mods, I am definitely going with Defiant.

 

Paul is the man. He values everyone as an important customer. Smart guy, too...

 

I understand that he and Carli are no longer partners, so to speak.
