Newblue, thanks for the pics. Any chance of getting a closer pic of the bag and bracket up near the exhaust? Looking to see how much clearance you have.

Thanks,

Sid
I'll get a couple this weekend and post them Monday. Mine is on a 07.5 with the funky DPF exaust. This may make a difference with fitment.

Well,,,,we're waiting.

So have you had a chance to try out the remote yet. Is there a delay when you let off ? Does it work satisfactory.

Remote works nice. Just scroll to the desired pressure then press enter and it instantly pumps or dumps! The display then shows what the actual pressure is in each bag while it pumps or dumps.
Pic is of 3/4" gap between bag bracket and exaust. It hasn't hit yet but if it does I'll have to do some cutting on the bracket.

Computer and valving mounted on inner frame rail.

No pics of the compressor. I put it above the inner fender well behind the headlight.

Glad to hear it works good. Thank's for being the guine pig.

Is that some kind of heat shield. It looks like cardboard. If so, did it come with the kit, or is it something you came up with.

The heat shield came with the bag kit and it's a thin piece of galvanized metal that I bent to my liking. I really couldn't get it in between the bag and the exaust 'cause it would definately hit then. No preblem on being the guine pig, when my wife says I can buy something for the truck I have to run with it and not look back before she changes her mind!

Anyone know if the wireless manifold can be connected to a tank instead of the manifold?

Might have to go with a different pump than whats in the Wireless air kit - it's only rated for something like 9% duty cycle.

Some of what I've read on the boards indicates that you'll need a relay and a solenoid. I have not looked into this, yet, so I don't have first hand knowledge.

But ANYTHING is possible and can be done!

Got it done, works well. Just used a NC solenoid in place of the compressor that comes in the kit.
