Angry What happened to Master Brake Systems

Does anybody know where I can buy the Brakesmart trailer controller?
I have tried the websites Brakesmart.com, brakesmart.net, and Masterbrake.com none seem to be working anymore.

Has anyone heard anything?

Dr. Performance bought 'em out. You can get them from (gulp) Dr. P now.

I can't remember for sure what I paid for mine, but I do remember that the harness for my Dodge was extra. Both together may not have been too far from the $435 price which seems to include the proper harness in the price.

I am just real curious about what happened to the guy in Ft. Worth who owned the BrakeSmart company. They were unavailable for so long.

Also seems like new features have been added. I really like the way mine works.

The controller and harness cost 350.00 a couple of years ago. So the set has gone up by 85.00. I understand that the EGT and Boost features are now available as well. I have not heard about anyone getting burned on one ordered from Dr. P but they have a short track record. Has Dr. P been a reliability issue in the past?
