They seem pretty powerful to me.

Try pulling a 50' 3 car trailer.

I wish I had an e-brake, but I have an auto. The problem is my Prodigy brake controler. I have to have it dialed up for highway speed's, then have to turn it down when I get off the ramp or it slams the trailer brake's like crazy, jerking the trailer. I try to reach down and adjust it, but half the time the seat belt jerks me back and I can't reach it. Then I forget to turn it back up, have to make a panic stop, and smoke the truck brake's. What I really need is a Brakesmart. I've been saying I'm going to get one, but I'm just having a hard time putting out that much cash.

I don't know if upgrading will help or not with out fixing the controller problem. It's just I never thought I had good brake's even without towing anything.

for $109 you could try switching to a jordan controller and keep the prodigy as a backup.

I did a quick search and did find some powerslots for around 200 (regular) to 250 a pair (for cryo'd rotors)

See if that works. The prices will be higher there (I have a "wholesale" account that gives a little discount)... but I don't think the rotors will do much to be honest. Can't hurt exept your wallet though.

Speaking of autos are you pulling with a 3.73 rear or 4.10 and how is it working? I was towing pretty heavy with auto/3.73 but not as heavy as you and wished I had 4.10s.

Thank's for the link. Wonder why Summit doesn't have them listed. I wonder if they could get them any cheaper. I'm actually going right by there on the way home.

I can get you the Powerslots. Let me know if your interested and I will get you the rotors.

Make sure you use Hawk pads for the ultimate in braking power.
