Looks good! You going to do anything to the boards for traction? Seems like once they get wet they would be really slick...

The cars fit nicely on the trailer but I notice that you have only tied down the front wheels and not the rear of the cars and that might be just for the photo but even vehicles chained down with transport chain and ratchet binders will move on the tires after being jiggled around. Without the rear of the cars tied down especially on that nice shiny wood surface I can see the cars sliding off, just don't want to see an accident.

Perhaps but I recently saw 5 bolt wheels on 5200lb axles on a new tandem dump trailer, I was surprised too.

for example I googled the weight of the cars (corola and the accord) each car weight 2800 pounds depending on the model the corola could've 500 pounds lighter I think the trailer weighs 2500 3000 pounds

2800+2800+3000=8600-pin weight 2000=6600 on trailer

That is an awesome home buildup. However, I feel there is a lot of disregard to safety in this setup.
1. The 2x12 are plenty for the weight if properly supported, but if there is any water/dirt/mold even with FWD or AWD you could be looking at a bad day quickly.
2. As stated, tying down just the front tires is not enough. At a minimum the rear should be tied at the wheels or using a frame to chassis chain with a tension buckle on it.
3. In the last photo I do not believe the weight of the truck is centered over the axles on the trailer and could remove weight from the 5th wheel. I have seen this before and at speed could result in loss of drive axle traction.

Once again, great buildup
