I have a 2002HO, SRW, QC, 4wd, 6sp. The truck has the D80, camper prep, towing prep, and snow plow prep packages. GVWR on the door is 8800 (which seems terribly low to me). It's stiff as a board without 750# in the bed. I believe this model is in the 6700# range, unladen. What's the max tow capability for a model like this one?

 

I think that according to the manufacturer it would only be like 11k or 12k, but a lot of people have towed way more! I personally have towed about 20k...
