Well this little brand new jaguar cuts right in front of me coming around a turn, and on the other side of that blind turn (because of a high wall), traffic was stopped. I stood on them and started grabbing gears, knew I was going to hit him so I put it in the cowboy lane and when I finally got stopped I was parallel with her, I was off the road in the gravel, and she was still talking on her cell phone completely oblivious that she almost caused herself to have a Ford enema. If I wouldnt have gone off the road it would of killed her, AND been my fault.

Note, when you slam the brakes, 5 head of horses at 1200lbs each, getting thrown forward, is A LOT of weight and power and just blew straight through the brakes.
Hopefully you honked and told her she was number one. I probably would have exited the vehicle at that point and done something stupid.

I was cruzing down the interstate at the speed limit and a funeral prosession was heading down the other lane and someone decieded to stop and pay their respects and folks were stacked up in the go gast lane since people don't pass. Only problem is they didn't use their blinker or the shoulder. I wasn't following close but had to stand on them hard. Trailer locked and abs on the truck was having fit. Lukly my horn and high beams got her attention and she got the shoulder. I was suprised I didn't get tagged by the tail gating sports car.

Yes I did, but in todays world, it is always someone elses fault, she saw no wrong in what she done.

Has anyone experienced a power steering pump failure while trying to get stopped?

On some of our trucks the power brakes are depended on the power steering pump. I had my 98 3500 scare me while backing out of my driveway. The fluid was low. What if that would happen going down the road!
Another time the engine shut down while rolling down the road. No brakes or steering. Have you ever tried to steer one with the engine not running?

Food for thought!
