Sidewinder Airborne - what are the 2 bolts UNDER the airbag

There are 2 3/8" bolts hanging down inside the cavity of the SAirborne (lots of thread showing with flat washer), just about directly below the aire bag. As you can see in behind the shock absorber. Are these to stay there are they look, are they to be tightened, removed or ?.
Thank you...

Do the bolts thread into the airbag to hold it down? Hard to tell without a defferent picture.

Sorry, there is no way to tell as they go in to the bottom of the steel surrounding the are where inside the airbag would be.

I am 90% sure those are the bolts that thread into the bottom mount plate of the airbag.

Could very wellbe. They are pretty long so not sure they would even be able to be screwed in...maybe they just bottom out as they are...strange...

Tighten them up, they go through a thick plate of steel so they would need to be a decent length. Hopefully they are still threaded into the bag mounting plate or else the whole thing will have to come apart to remount it.
