We discussed that a couple of weeks ago and decided that it was not a good idea... Receiver moving in and out over time will wear out the hitch and the receiver... If you use grease to keep it lubricated it would turn into a big mess that will attract a bunch of dirt and dust and could possibly increase the wear by adding abrasive material to the mix.
I considered that hitch and one similar to it and then spent a little more money and built an air ride hitch... Works beautifully!

Not sure if this is what you mean.

I have the model 740. I don't use it for pulling anything with a ball. But I will never pull another wagon without one. If I ever get a different receiver, It will be one of these.

The quic'n easy reciever hitch. Some of my neigbors have these on their farm trucks and pull the crap out of them and have never had a problem. These are spring and not rubber like the Schuck. I've used DMI's, P&H's, etc with straight drawbars over the years and pulled some massive loads, 16-20,000 and never had a problem. Just my .03.
