im planning on doing this to my 5er, just different brand i think... dicor or something like that. picked it up from camping world, and at $60 a gallon, im hoping it works!! hopefully someone posts some tips or tricks on how to do this.
i had one little drip on my last trip, but it was a real hard driving rain. hoping this seals the voids so i dont have any more problems!

I agree - - I carry a section of EPDM for emergency repairs even though my roof is the new vinyl. And, it can quickly be put down with contact cement and Dicor at the seams - - no heat then necessary in the middle of nowhere after arguing with a tree limb- - had to do this in Alaska in Denali National Park.

i bought a gallon of the liquid rubber and stripped off the affected membrane, replaced the bad luan plywood and applied the liquid rubber............ i am impressed! in my opinion it's better than the original EPDM.................it sticks to the replaced plywood better than the epdm membrane
