Report: new Pro Series SC hitch and etrailer.com

I just received my new hitch and would like to report on the dealing so that others may benefit.
I ordered a Pro Series SC hitch from www.Etrailer.com. The unit is not clearly identified as far as the brand - the web site says "Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch and Reese", so I am a bit confused: are they all the same? Oh well, on with the story.
I placed the order on Sunday night. On Monday at 8 am I had an E-mail from a live person to say they have it in stock. At 10 am I had another E-mail from a live person saying it has been shipped. On Wednesday afternoon the two boxes, 38# and 66#, were at my door step. Not bad at all for a $0.99 shipping! I will definitely be dealing with etrailer.com again, this company is a keeper. As added bonus, the same hitch can be had elsewhere for a minimum of $40 more, plus $40 shipping, so it was a great deal.
The hitch arrived in perfect shape and looks very heavy duty. The trunnion head looks thinner than my old 1,000# head from Quality S but it says all over it that it is rated to 1,400# WD. The spring bars are solid 1.5" square pieces, straight. It is hard to imagine that they can bend even a little bit! We will see once the trailer is hooked up to it. The instructions are very clear and indicate that trunnion heads should be attached with the little thicker step upward. I think those are set up with the step downward on my Quality S, which I got pre-assembled, so I wonder if the Quality-S was set up correctly or the trunnions were upside down.
Anyway, the unit is solid and looks well made. I will take pictures and post them here once I get to installing it, hopefully this weekend. I still need to receive my Class V Putnam receiver, it is in transit.
Cheers,
-P

Glad you had a good experience with them. I have only heard good things about eTrailer.com.

By the way, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch and Reese are all owned by the same parent company (not sure which, though) hence the multiple brand listing.
