I'm going on vacation in a few weeks and would like to rent a small pick up bed camper. Does any one know where I could rent 1 for a few weeks?
I'm in PA and will be heading west.

 

Rental is unlikely since you will need tiedowns and wiring for a in bed camper.....you mite find a tag along camper for rent ??

www.cruiseamerica.com rents RVs. Maybe they have truck campers too.....

 

I looked into this once before and lots of places will rent you a truck and truck camper, but they won't rent the camper alone. Cost of tie-downs, etc. to set up your rig would run a few hundred bucks before you even left the lot, plus insurance coverage, etc. The numbers wouldn't make it affordable.

 

Thanks guys, I checked around and didn't find any to rent, so I bought a small used pop up truck camper. I'll probably only use it 1 trip, but I'm sure I can resale it in the spring.
