this is my fifth bumper pull trailer. i have a 2015 cougar with one trip on it about 300mi. I tow using a p3 that says in the set up it tells how to check the power level setting on the p3 for your given tow behind and that at some level you should be able to have lock up on your trailer tires if the brake control is set to high. i cant get these tires to lockup at full p3 power,but it stops the trailer fine and if your are going slow like 20 mph and anchor it they will lock up and i usually run it on boost 2 and the controller being the type that gets more power to the brakes as you slow down,i am wondering if i need to have the brakes adjusted up some. Anybody have exp with the p3 or the p2 ?
