A happy day last fall, picked up the 2500 and the boat on the same day. The boat is a 06 Malibu VLX with the 383 Hammerhead. It makes a monster wake
And behind the little Dodge, the 2500 gets stuck lugging the 5th wheel The half ton actually pulls the 5500lbs around pretty well.

Thanks txfiremedic. I saw your pic on the first page and that looks crazy in that sky ski, that must take some skill. That Tige is a nice looking boat.
I'm in the process of getting some Wetsounds horn drivers for the tower right now and possibly tinting the windscreen, and I can't wait to get back out on the water. I'd like to try out a sky ski this season, so far I've only wakeboarded back there.

If you like to jump and flip, sky ski is the way to go. You can get so much more air than a wake board!!! And its not hard on your knees like a wakeboard!!

QuarterHorse--I love your boat man! Ive always wanted a boat like that...Not too big, not too small. I like the looks of the older boats, sharp clean lines. Ever want to sell, let me know!

well guys, i was at the lake on thurs and tore up my outdrive. they say itll take 3 weeks and over 4 grand to get me up and running again, so shes sitting at the shop awaiting tear down. it has the bravo 3 outdrive with duo props and i while we were cruising across the lake, i guess we hit a stump or something. it blew the u-joint up which broke the gimble ring and some other stuff. had to be towed in by my buddies little hunting boat, a 14' jon boat to be exact. but oh well. im getting lots of pic, but havent been able to put any up due to them not being very appropriate for the younger viewers.

We had a 18ft Mariah, but had to step up to the "minivan" of boats. 2001 Chapparal. We stayed below 25' as we only had so much room by the house as we have the race trailer in our yard too. It hauls 9 adults comfortably, has three built in coolers, lots of storage, three built in coolers, a head, three built in coolers, and is a load of fun. Having dang near a year round season we have 270 hrs on it.
