possible overheating???

the outsie temp is around 93 degrees, and once we got home from a short trip, the temp guage was running about 210-220, and the trans temp was still under 180, but then, all of a sudden with the truck in part, the idle came up tp 1100 rpm! just like it would do during a cold extended idle time.........
was the engine overheated??? usually it runs under 200 when towing. the trailer is only 9500 lbs......

Noram Normal Normal. Those computers can do amzeing things. Yep NORMAL. Computer just kicking up the idle so the fan would kick in and cool down the system. Were you parking the TT, ie doing some backing up?
