Did you use the correct terminology to enter the print out into evidence?

No cars were hanging over at the time but I don't think they count that anyway. Seems like I read that you're allowed 4ft on the front and 3ft on the rear...but I could be wrong. And I haven't posted a pic but it's just a regular wedge car hauler. 53ft just like the other thousands like it on the road right now.

You need to look up "what is a valid cause of action" this will go to the heart of the matter and would have beat your ticket. It also could still be used on appeal.
Good luck

I can tell you the rules haven't changed for over 20yrs. Truck + Trailer = 65ft max. Tractor (no bed) + Trailer no limit on total length trailer cannot exceed 59ft.
FYI there is no difference between commercial/private/rv.
Here is the # to call for any questions (OS/OW office)..they know all the rules: 800/299-1700

Question for tejas
For us hot shotters its a 65ft limit. With a 40ft. gooseneck and a CC dually Im just under 65ft. With a replacement bumper Im over. My next gn will be a 38 footer. I gotta a have a replacement bumper.....to many deer.
Of course these rules were made back when most hot shot trucks were single cabs and crew cabs weren't around.
